This project involved the reconstruction of a 14.2 km stretch of Road 131, spanning from the Milverton North Limits to Perth Line 86 in Perth County. The work included profile milling of the existing asphalt on bridge decks, cold-in-place recycling with expanded asphalt, and full asphalt paving. Additional work included paving road intersections, shoulder sections, and rural driveway aprons.
